This phase covers Math, Physics, English & Cognitive Reasoning and includes CASS ADAPT to test multi-tasking & decision-making skills.
In this phase, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving is assessed. It is conducted by IndiGo’s recruitment panel.
Interview by an IndiGo panel covering technical aviation knowledge, HR questions, and personal background is taken. This is the final assessment before selection.
Once selected, candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and officially become a part of IndiGo Airlines to start your pilot training
